In 2017 he has the LEGAL REVOLUTION initiated, which has become Europe's largest congress fair for law and compliance, and holds it annually at the Nuremberg Trade Fair. Jochen Brandhoff specializes in the drafting and negotiation of contracts in commercial legal transactions and has advised numerous leading companies, particularly in general terms and conditions law for large-volume B2B contracts. He also has particular expertise in structuring and executing domestic and cross-border corporate transactions (mergers & acquisitions) and investment projects. He also advises companies and entrepreneurs on corporate law with a focus on GmbH law and partnership law. For many years he has also been dealing with the civil law aspects of renewable energies, especially photovoltaics, and with the law of the digital economy.

He also acts as an arbitrator in arbitration proceedings.

Wikipedia counts him as one of the first founders in the legal tech market and to the relevant lawyers in the area of digital transformation of law in Germany.

In his role as a pioneer in the legal tech market and as an expert in the digitalization of law, he regularly advises law firms and legal departments, publishes specialist articles and gives lectures.

His experience as general counsel of a listed plant engineering company and as managing director of a solar power plant company expands his legal expertise to include economic perspectives.
After two start-ups during his school days, he founded Jus2click during his studies in 1999, one of the first legal tech start-ups in Germany.

Jochen received his doctorate at the Goethe University Frankfurt am Main with a dissertation on business law, which was supervised by Prof. Dr. Dr. h.c. Theodor Baums and Prof. Dr. Manfred Wolf was looked after. He grew up in Milan, Italy.”
